Retired judge urges public awareness on consumer rights for justice
Srikakulam Intellectual Forum president and retired Sessions Judge Pappala Jagannadha Rao on Sunday urged the State government, consumer forums and other organisations to give wide publicity about the submission of petitions through online and get justice from the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and its State and district level bodies.He said that consumers were being cheated with inferior quality products, misleading advertisements, improper services from e-commerce portals and shops and establishments.
