NATO allies and defence officials expressed the need to collectively help "the next phase" at Friday's NATO meeting in Helsingborg, Sweden, aimed at preparing for a summit of US President Donald Trump and his counterparts in Turkey in July. This comes as NATO allies expressed bewilderment at US President Donald Trump’s decision to send 5,000 U.S. troops to Poland just weeks after he had ordered 5,000 troops to be pulled out of Europe.
