Rep. Max Miller’s ex-wife sues over release of nude photo of 2-year-old daughter

Moreno alleges that her ex-husband and his attorney, Aaron Minc, “recklessly published and disclosed to the world” a photo of their 2-year-old that showed her genitalia. Minc has taken responsibility for the incident.
