Jake Auchincloss (D-MA) says he will not vote “for a single dollar” to fund what he calls a failed and illegal war, arguing Congress must prevent it from becoming a “forever war.” Auchincloss says the Trump administration’s actions show it is trying to find an exit from a war it has lost, despite its rhetoric about an “economic D-Day” against Iran.
