John Gillies disappeared near Sweetwater Gap, Wyoming, six years ago. But the 63-year-old’s remains were only found in September by forest workers. The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) managed to find some of John’s personal items near the scene. They contacted Saint Mary’s Church in Kirkintilloch, Dunbartonshire, where John is originally from.
