Reds predicted to trade 'underwhelming' $12.75 million former Royals starter
The Cincinnati Reds are near the bottom of the National League standings and should be looking to sell at the trade deadline. Third baseman Eugenio Suarez is one name who could switch teams in the coming weeks. Like Suarez, catcher Tyler Stephenson's contract is expiring. He may make sense for the New York Yankees if they are unable to acquire Ryan Jeffers or Hunter Goodman. The Reds' pitching staff likely has a few arms that could be traded at the deadline. Right-hander Brady Singer is one of them, writes FanSided's Zachary Rotman. "Brady Singer was a rock-solid back-end starter for the Reds last season who took the ball every fifth day and gave them a chance to win most of the time," Rotman wrote.
