'Ready to deal with any threats': UAE vows response after Iran fires two missiles

The missile launches came as efforts continued to reach an agreement between Iran and Oman to reopen the Strait of HormuzThe United Arab Emirates’ defence ministry said on Tuesday that it had detected two ballistic missiles launched from Iran towards the Gulf country, as tensions continued to rise across the region.The ministry said both missiles fell into water, with one landing outside the UAE’s territorial waters and the other inside them.
