Rangers bring back Scott Morrow in defensive boost

The Rangers bolstered their defensive depth on Wednesday, signing Scott Morrow to a one-year, two-way deal. According to The Post’s Mollie Walker, the contract is for $850,000 at the NHL level and $125,000 at the AHL level. The 23-year-old Morrow, a right-handed defenseman who played 29 games for the Rangers last season after being acquired in the K’Andre Miller deal, will enter camp in the running for the seventh defenseman spot.
