Rain hampers cleanup of a hazardous chemical spill after a train derailment near the US border

The derailment, which spilled 59,000 liters of sodium hydrosulfide, involved Ferromex, the largest train network in Mexico, and its parent company Grupo México, one of the biggest copper producers in the world.
