Raiders’ Maxx Crosby trade update considered ideal for Cowboys

Reports continue to indicate that the Las Vegas Raiders could move on from edge rusher Maxx Crosby if things go south next season. The Raiders are clearly trying to be a better team, as indicated when they went out and signed Kirk Cousins. Not allowing Fernando Mendoza to play right away indicates not only that they want him to develop but also that they're looking to win some games early on. The Crosby situation is perhaps the most interesting of the bunch, however, as there was already a deal in place to send him to the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens ended up backing out, but now other teams like the Dallas Cowboys have a chance to trade for him.Evan Massey recently suggested that, given the latest report, the Cowboys should be viewed as a potential suitor.
