Quebec introduces new measures in Gatineau to address ‘illegal’ container returns from Ontarians

The Quebec Association for the Recovery of Beverage Containers is making changes to its operations in Gatineau as it sees an increase in traffic from people looking to collect recycling deposits, especially residents from Ontario with ineligible containers.
