QC, Mandaluyong suspend afternoon classes amid yellow rainfall advisory
MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City, Mandaluyong and other local government units (LGUs) suspended afternoon in-person classes on Thursday, August 13, amid continuous heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat.
