Qatar sees 'positive' signs in Iran-Oman talks on reopening Hormuz

Doha said Iran and Oman had reached the technical stage of negotiations and were finalising shipping route coordinates, but warned against delay as only six vessels transited Hormuz on Monday compared with 130-140 before the war.
