Protein, creatine never delivered; customer gets refund plus Rs 50,000 compensation

A Himachal Pradesh consumer commission ordered Muscle Beast to refund Rs 7,875. The company failed to deliver protein and creatine supplements after receiving payment. The customer Davesh Duvedi approached the commission after repeated failed delivery assurances. The commission also awarded Rs 30,000 for mental harassment and Rs 20,000 for litigation. Muscle Beast must pay the refund and compensation within thirty days.
