Prosecutors: Silicon Valley executive drove 140 mph before deadly Tesla crash that killed mother, daughter

A Silicon Valley software executive has been charged with two counts of murder after prosecutors say he drove his Tesla at more than 140 mph before crashing into stopped traffic in San Jose, killing a mother and her young daughter.
