Prof Mills was ethical; some appointees exploited his weakness as his health declined – Prof Frimpong-Boateng

Former Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, has described the late President John Evans Atta Mills as an ethical and compassionate leader, saying some individuals within his administration took advantage of his declining health to pursue personal interests.
