Power Outages Persist Across Crimea, Strikes on 6 Substations

Parts of occupied Crimea remained without electricity because of damage to energy facilities and the main transmission grid. The outages followed Ukrainian strikes on six substations, although the extent of the damage and its direct connection to the disruptions have not been independently verified.
