Portuguese government in contact with Spain and Morocco regarding migration crisis in Ceuta

The Government stated on 31 July that it is in contact with the governments of Spain and Morocco regarding the migration crisis in Ceuta and assured that Portuguese authorities are coordinating with their counterparts.
