Port Washington on cusp of NY state little league title after last year’s heartbreak

The tide is turning for Port Washington Little League. The Nassau County boys of summer are now a game away from being crowned New York champs after a heartbreaking semifinal exit in last year’s state tournament. “It’s a true team,” manager David Gabriel told The Post. “Every kid is contributing to where we are today.
