Popular Bluetooth speakers urgently recalled over 'serious risk' — 'stop using'

The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) has issued a recall notice for the product.‌The Cambridge Audio Yoyo (M) Portable Bluetooth Speaker presents a serious risk of fire as the battery may overheat during use. As a result, the speakers have been pulled from sale and recalled by customers.‌The OPSS said: "The product presents a serious risk of fire as the lithium-ion battery may overheat during use and enter thermal runaway. This may result in smoke, fire and ejection of battery material.‌"The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 20
