Political parties raise voices against attack on Yaita
By Hui Yung-ching and Hollie Younger / Staff reporter, with staff writer “Taiwanese society will not yield to China’s transnational repression and violence,” political alliance Taiwan Go Go said yesterday at a demonstration at the Legislative Yuan as they demanded the government further investigate a man who allegedly punched Japanese media personality Akio Yaita on Monday. Taiwan Go Go is a coalition of the New Power Party, the Taiwan Obasang Political Equality Party, the Green Party Taiwan and the Taiwan Statebuilding Party.
