Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced he has received positive communications from Ukrainian officials, including former President Viktor Yushchenko, regarding recent bilateral friction. However, Tusk emphasized that Warsaw expects the “first step” and a clear signal from Kyiv concerning the naming of a Ukrainian military unit after the historical Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA).
