Police warn of electric scooter thefts on North Side

Chicago police are warning residents about several electric scooter thefts reported this summer in Lake View East, Uptown, Roscoe Village and Lincoln Square. In the seven incidents since June, someone carved out the ignition to bypass the scooters' key-start function, police said.
