Police see no foul play in elderly Calapan man’s death

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Police dismissed claims that the home of an elderly couple was ransacked, saying initial investigations found no signs of foul play or forced entry. In a telephone interview on Saturday, July 25, Calapan City Police Station chief Lt. Col. Michael Caraggayan said Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) found the
