Police officers among seven killed in A66 crash named

Cleveland Police Chief Constable Victoria Fuller confirmed their identities as PC Matthew Blades and PC Tom Clough. ‘These were brave officers protecting our communities and serving our residents who didn’t return home to their families at the end of their shift,’ she said in a press conference. Their families were visited by the deputy chief constable, who offered condolences.
