Police officer charged after horror crash kills 16-year-old boy

Ryley was sadly declared dead at the scene.Following the incident, Nottinghamshire Police said his family were being supported by specially-trained officers, reports Nottingham Post.In an update almost 10 months later, the force says 31-year-old Daniel Cartwright has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.M
