Police launch CCTV appeal over upskirting incident at London Tube station

British Transport Police detectives have released an image of a man they'd like to speak to after an upskirting incident at a London Tube station. Shortly before 8.30am on Friday 24 July, a member of the public noticed a man using a mobile phone in an upward-facing position towards a woman on an escalator at West Ham Underground station.The man then boarded a Jubilee line train to Stratford. Officers believe the man in the image could have information that may assist their enquiries.Anyone who recognises him is asked to text BTP on 61016, or call 0800 40 50 40, using the reference 137 of 24 July.Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
