Police ID man killed in Southeast Portland shooting

Titus Rohde, 23, of Vancouver, died just before 3 a.m. after a shooting near Southeast Water Avenue and Southeast Caruthers Street, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement. MORE BY TATUM TODDPolice provided few details about what led to the shooting, but said that it happened at a “large gathering” of people, and that several other people were injured. Most of the injured were found at the scene of the shooting, police said, but Rohde’s body was found in a car at a gas station at Southeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Alder Street.
