August 21, 2026 10:52 AM ET A Pennsylvania man allegedly knifed his soccer-playing girlfriend during a talk about their relationship and then leaned on his mother to help him hide her corpse, authorities said.Royce Jones Moser, 18, faces a homicide count in the death of 18-year-old Karoline Jordyn Heintz, a first-year student and Vulcans soccer recruit at PennWest California, according to CBS News Pittsburgh. Washington County District Attorney Jason Walsh confirmed the two were dating and said Moser was not enrolled at the school. His mother, Rachel Moser, was booked on charges of hindering apprehension, tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse, conspiracy, and obstruction, according to CBS.
