MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) said it submitted Sen. Rodante Marcoleta’s medical report on Wednesday, July 8, upon the directive of the Sandiganbayan Third Division. Col. John Guiagui, chief of the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), said Thursday that Marcoleta’s arrest warrant return had already been submitted on July 6.
