PNP: Cebu minor caught with gun returned to family

MANILA, Philippines — The Cebu junior high school student allegedly caught with a gun inside his bag while in school was returned to his family, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said. The student was initially turned over to local social workers for intervention under Republic Act No. 9344 or the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act.
