PNP: Another suspect in vlogger’s slay surrenders, 3 more at large

MANILA, Philippines — A third suspect surrendered over the killing of vlogger Alicia “Mima Alicia” Lipata, while three more suspects remained at large, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Monday. The third suspect, whom the PNP only identified by the initials “A.F.,” turned himself in to the Mabalacat City Police Station in Pampanga last
