Plans to turn the former Rocky's gym on Argyle Street into a large house in multiple occupation (HMO) have been approved by Wirral Council.‌In June, plans were submitted to Wirral Council seeking permission to convert the four-storey building on the corner of Argyle Street and Hinson Street into a 24-bed HMO.
