Plans approved for 24-bed apart-hotel with private parking in North East office block

Sunderland City Council has approved plans to convert Victoria House near Mowbray Park into a 24-bed apart-hotel, with stays of between two and 28 nights and a digital check-in system overseen by operator Comfy Nooks Ltd.
