Philly tenants have reached a deal with their landlord over unsafe conditions and could get rent refunds

The tenants' class-action lawsuit alleged that Odin Properties, one of Philadelphia's largest landlords, kept charging rent at the Bentley Manor apartments without making required safety repairs.
