Philadelphia ‘pedo’ caught allegedly meeting 2 kids for sex hookup in NJ motel sting, prosecutors say

He apparently concocted a disgusting plan with the undercover to meet at a hotel on Aug. 12  in Mount Laurel, New Jersey – where he planned to pay $200 to have sex with two children, according to prosecutors.
