Petropar Fuel Price Hike Adds 300 Guaraníes per Liter Across All Fuels
Paraguay's state oil company Petropar raised every fuel price by 300 guaraníes per liter from 17 August 2026, blaming costly international supply, and says the new levels can hold at least until mid-September.
