Perth’s cheapest petrol chain hauls landlords to court over eviction notices

Burk Fuel lodged a writ in WA’s Supreme Court against several corporate entities that leased sites to the cheap fuel carrier, alleging one had swooped into its petrol station in Arthur River and terminated the lease in May.
