Paul Kahan, Manny’s Cafeteria & Delicatessen garner top 2027 Banchet honors

Chef Paul Kahan will receive the 2027 Culinary Excellence Award, and Manny’s Cafeteria & Delicatessen will receive the 2027 Iconic Restaurant Award at the 25th Banchet Awards, the city’s top food honors, in January.
