Paul Brennan: GAA cannot remain blind to using a third eye to adjudicate on inconclusive goals

If Hawk-Eye is acceptable to assist umpires on the veracity of points scored or not, why not adopt technology to determine if the football or sliotar has crossed the goal line or not?
