Paraguay Residency, the Cheap South American Route, Just Changed Its Rules

Since 6 July 2026, Resolución DNM 407/2026 has applied a single economic-solvency test across Paraguay's residency categories, reshaping the region's cheapest residency route for retirees, remote workers and property owners.
