Paraguay Bank Merger Blocked Over IP Dispute

A Paraguayan appeals court has ratified an injunction blocking the merger of Banco Atlas and Banco Familiar, preventing the central bank from approving the deal until a software intellectual-property dispute with ITTI is resolved.
