PARAGEM Festival brings contemporary art to the Algarve

Carvoeiro is set to become an open-air stage for contemporary art this month as the Festival PARAGEM returns to Lagoa for its eighth edition, bringing performances, installations, drawing and experimental music into the heart of the Algarve’s summer season.
