Panama Buys Out Petroterminal de Panama for US$191.7 Million

Panama's government approved a US$191.7 million buyout of the remaining 41% of Petroterminal de Panama. The state gains full control of the trans-isthmian pipeline and terminals, financed by the company's own cash flow.
