Pampanga village chief nabbed for road rage shooting of truck driver

MABALACAT CITY — A barangay captain was arrested on Friday for allegedly shooting a truck driver in the leg during a road rage incident along the national highway in Guagua, Pampanga, shortly after midnight. In a statement, the Central Luzon police said the suspect was apprehended in Barangay Santa Maria, Lubao, Pampanga, at around 1
