Palace declares special non-working days in 11 localities

MANILA – Malacañang has declared special non-working days in 11 areas nationwide to allow residents’ full participation in local fiestas, founding anniversary celebrations, festivals and historical commemorations. Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, by authority of the President, signed Proclamation No. 1352 to 1357 on July 16, covering Pililla, Rizal; Sudipen, La Union; Asuncion and Kapalong in
