Pair rescued after fall ‘from height’ at Lisburn construction site

Two people have been rescued by firefighters after falling from a roof at a construction site in Lisburn.The incident was reported to emergency services at noon on Tuesday.Firefighters and paramedics arrived at the scene in the Hillsborough Road area.A NI Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said they had received a report of two people who had “fallen from height at a semi-detached property”.“Firefighters rescued two casualties, treated them with first aid and transferred them to the care of the NI Ambulance Service (NIAS). “Firefighters also used specialist equipment to make the area safe.”Read more: Residents praised for helping get neighbours to safety during north Belfast blazeThey said the incident was dealt with just before 2.10pm.The condition of the two casualties has not yet been
