Pair of quick-acting cops rescue baby from near death, bodycam footage shows

When Knoxville Police Department officers Clayton McWilliams and Veronica Jackson showed up to the scene Wednesday night, a crying woman who was holding the infant can be seen giving it to the officers, while wailing, "Help, please!"
