Padres' Adrian Morejon gets 40% trade deadline update after false Yankees report

The San Diego Padres have a few major decisions to make before Monday's 6 p.m. EDT cutoff time for the Major League Baseball trade deadline. San Diego has two of the best relievers in baseball at their disposal. Will one or both of them be traded? Neither?
