Over P200,000 marijuana plants discovered in Ilocos Sur

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — Police discovered four marijuana plantations containing an estimated 4,000 seedlings and 660 mature plants during an operation in a disputed area in Sugpon, Ilocos Sur, authorities said. Personnel of the 2nd Ilocos Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, in coordination with other police units, conducted the operation on Saturday (Aug. 29)
